Is it a big deal?

Or the same as any other 700 action work?

I want a Ti, but if I find a deal on one, I was wondering if it a pita to get it rebarreled.

So long as the design of the action has not changed it should be exactly the same as a steel action.
TI is a great material, It's just not great to machine
