Whoordered the barrel screw and escutcheon?
It is the screw and escutcheon for the barrel for a pre-64 model 70/

Someone paid for it and never got it. I shipped it to the wrong guy but he returned it. So now who gets it

If it was paid for with a check and you deposited it in an account, you may be able to trace who it came from. It would have to be the only thing they ordered in order for the amount to match.
