Where would I find a scope mount for a Browning Buckmark pistol and how much do they run?

Midsouth Shooters supply has a B-Square Buckmark mount;

080-42214 for $23.41.

Unless they have changed there is a fee for orders under 40 bucks, but surely you need something else that you can order.
Hey a mount without rings is worthless.

Midway is also likely to have the same mount.

I use Midsouth, because if I order today, I get it tomorrow most times (unless I forget to tell them to NOT use fedup).
