Interarms Handguns
Good Day,
I have an opportunity to purchase an interarms- star- 9mm pistol- $280. Bluing is worn, mechanically sound, barrel clean and shinny, used but not abused. A 1911 look-alike, I know nothing of star firearms. what do you think?

The price is too high there are all kinds of star 9mm mil surplus on the market with dealer cost of around 150 bucks. They make a decent pistol.

The price is too high, but Star Model B's are very nice pistols.

Just got one last month for $175 complete with 2 barrels,a 9mm Para and the original 9mm Largo. In the box with all papers. Sweet pistols, some how after degrading 9mms for years once I became a 45 man in the last year I have got 3 nines. A Tec-9,a FEG 9 (high power style) and the star. I have owned one other star pistol, the PD 45. I had it about a year and one time during cleaning I noticed the frame had a sizeable crack, right where the barrel pin goes through. I do not have that gun anymore. I hope the nine holds up better.
