30 to 35 cal
would it be practiable to have a 30 cal barrel bore out to .35 cal? who could rebore it? aproximate cost?

That would depend on the exterior dimension of the barrel. In other words, how much barrel wall thickness would be left with a .358" hole in it?

I’ve had a marlin 336 in 30-30 rebored to .375 win by Jesse Ocumpaugh. He did a great job and the turn around was less than 2 weeks:
