RM-

Which Oberndorf? Military? Commercial sporter? Which chambering?

Edited- I may have mis-interpreted your post...are you looking for the actual cocking piece that goes on the striker, or the striker itself? I originally read it as you were looking for the striker (firing pin)...if you are looking for just the cocking piece, I'll look in my parts drawer and see if I have a spare one left.

Just the cocking piece. Commercial, large ring '98.
Its the same one that goes with the Model 1909 Peruvian, and 1907 Paraguay.

Okay - Tomorrow morning when I am in my shop, I'll look and see if I have any left. If I have one, it is yours....

Haven't gotten to the shop yet. Some days don't go quite as planned.

Rusty -

Would like to be able to tell you I have one in my hot little hand....Mauser 98 cocking piece, that is. Would be a lie. I have very LARGE hands. One of them, however DOES contain a spare M98 cocking piece as we speak.

PM me with your mailing address and next Tuesday when I go to town I will Priority
Mail it to you.

Best wishes,

Rusty -

Thanks to another snow/rain storm blowing in, I had to go to town to buy a ton of wood pellets today. (Got to keep those shop kitty cats warm, you know.) Anyway, while I was there, mailed your cocking piece via Priority Mail...tracking number being sent to you by PM. Part should be there no later than Tuesday p.m.

Enjoy.

Thank you, this is what I'm looking for. Now if they have a states side supplier is another question. I sent them an e-amil.
