<IRONWOLF>Savage triggers
Can Savage triggers be modified or do you have to buy an aftermarket. Which do you suggest?

http://www.serveroptions.com/ubb/Forum5/HTML/002080.html I think stock triggers can be had to 3 pounds by polishing and changing out the stiff spring they use, but do not stone the trigger as it is sintered metal, which means once you cut through the hard outer surface, it is soft metal underneath.
IMHO the SSS trigger is the way to go

<Multi Vis>I will back up what Lefty says about SS triggers. Ive got a Mod.12F and added the SS trigger and have it set to around 1.5lbs.They are very easy to install and adjust yourself. Im very happy with mine.:::MV
