Matt in VirginiaStainless Steel Hex action screws for Remington ADL?
Gentlemen,
I've been searching for a set of stainless steel guard screws for a Remingotn in ADL configuration. There's no problem finding a front and back, as their used on BDLs, however, finding the middle stainless hex is proving difficult. Should I buy the blued units from Brownells and have them plated after the work is done? Your opinion would be most appreciated. Thank you, Matt.
Assume you have called Remington? They have offered SS ADL's (synthetics) in the past.

<Gary Rihn>Matt-
In the Factory Parts Index of Brownell's are the screws you need. In the catalog #53, page 362, M700 Stainless ADL/BDL, center guard screw, #767-000-061. Hope it helps.

Matt in VirginiaGary,
I greatly appreciate you taking the time to find and post the part numbers. A friend of mine also sent them to me last night. I had been searching on Brownell's website for sometime with no luck. Amazing what a fellow can find with a hard copy;-). Thanks again, Matt.
Ed, I appreciate the reply. And No, I did'nt contact Remington, that would have been far too rational.
