Blackburn Trigger Guards
For anyone who is interested, Blackburn Machine Company is now known as CNC Specialy Products, P. O. Box 369, Levan, Utah 84639. Telephone is 435-623-2074. They still have their web address as www.blackburnmachine.com. Their email is cncspecialty@netzero.net.

I have a Blackburn Number 9 Triggerguard Assembly that I wish to sell. Ordered it accidentally as I thought it was a 7 x 57 length and it turned out to be .270/30-06 length. I purchased this one rough and spent about 3 hours on polishing. Retail price for an unpolished one is $325 and a polished one is $180 more. I would like to get $300 for it, plus a few bucks in postage.

Just to confirm, is this the 9 or 9x? I have a FN commercial action that I could use this on.

this is a number 9. The 9X is a deep box magazine that holds one more cartridge, but you would then need to have a custom stock made for it.
