dogcatRec for plastic stock painting
Anyone have a real good and creative plastic rifle stock painter?
Thanks.
If you just want a stock painted, use any automotive paint, or better, Brownells has many different paints in various colors. If you want a psychedelic swirled one like the bench resters use; I can' t help. It's too easy to do yourself to pay someone else to do it for a basic paint job. You can get camo patterns as well.

ssdaveDuracoat works amazingly well. After you do a color, you can follow up with a clear coat with very fine aluminum oxide abrasive stirred into it, and get a grip coat. I have a stock done this way, makes an excellent wet weather stock.

SnellstromCall Kevin Weaver at Weaverrifles.com.
He does exactly what you are asking for and it has a "grippy" feel to it.

Austin HunterDuracoat if you want it to be durable.
For cheap and easy, Rustoleum or Krylon.
