Al Lind in Washington state. Excellent and quick turn around.

I can second this recommendation. Dan Sr. runs the duplicating business and is a great guy to work with. Both his sons now work for Griffin and Howe and are members of the ACGG. A lot of talent in one family!

I'll second that. Al Lind is very talented with one hell of a track record. Helped found the ACGG and then some.

You might want to consider Chuck Grace, an ACGG member who is great to work with and has a vast inventory of various templates. Good luck in your search...
