Browning lever action

Hi i have a browning lever action 308 shot great but when you work the action for the second shot it does not want to feed the ammo in any clues guys

What about the third cartridge? Does it feed? If not, I would take a close look at the mag, compare it to one that you know feeds, and see if the lips are damaged or dented. Factory loads or reloads? COL? Which bullet if they are reloads? A little more info please. - Dan
