I have a Winchester model 670 with the sliding thumb safety like a Rem 700 I took it apart and can't remember where the l shaped spring goes? All the schematic I can find show the model 670a which has the traditional 3 position bolt safety. Does anyone have a schematic or a picture of this safety?
