TGetzenMauser Drop Boxes
Does anyone make a drop box mag similar to the ones seen on old Schuler rifles? It looks like it would fit into a regular stock with widened magazine inlet, as most of the "drop" projects out below. I was thinking of a '98 using a 375 length round, in the Bell & Carlson aluminum and fiberglass stock. This is the only way I can think of for getting a decent magazine size (having a 1+1 or 1+2 DGR seems pointless).
Thanks,
Todd

AtkinsonI think any drop box will do that...I noticed some of Saeeds rifles hang out below..but one of those plastic outfits makes a drop box plastic stock and that would be a better arrangement, gag puke

wood?

<Pfeifer>Todd,
I'd give Jim Wisner at PM Ent a call and talk it over with him. He's always working on his "lineup" of offerings, maybe he has or will soon have what you want. He has several 5-shot dropped boxes listed @ $385 retail - FFL price is less.
Go to:
http://www.precisemetalsmithing.com/Trigger%20Guards.htm - it says that they are in the process of redesigning some of these, but is has the old listing.
Jim can also speak for the feeding of his magazines as well.
