Twist rate for 300 H&H

I have a hard time with twist rates. I am planning a 300 H&H project for next year. Should I go with a 1 in 10 or 1 in 12? I plan on shooting mostly 180 gr Partitions.

300 H-H

All of the old mod-70s had 1-10 and i've never seen an inaccurate one-why mess with whats worked forever.
