Montana Rifleman, barreled actions
Hey I have been looking at possibly getting a rifle made using this bbl'ed action, and was wondering if anybody has had any experience with them? from all I have read they seem pretty good!

I just had a 280 AI built using the action, but went with a Lilja barrel. I really like 'em. They are a bit heavy, but I haven't figured out how to hold the flyweights steady yet.-Mike

cmfic, I'm in Ponoka and if you'd like to give me a call, I've visited thier facility, handled a bunch of their actions and have an opinion. Let me know and I'll forward my number.

My SS 300WSM shoots very well, cleans easy, trigger is not brilliant but good, as others said it's not light but to me perfect with a 180 grain heavy load. Add a quality stock and I would think you could not go wrong.
