Need a small machining job done

I have a 3/8" x 1-1/2" x 2-1/4" piece of aluminum with a 5/8" hole thru it I need enlarged to 13/16". A simple job and I will pay postage both ways plus figure I'll include a box of bullets as pay.

I'd say normal tolerances are fine. Figure somebody'd just use a 13/16 end mill(?).
