JudgeSharpeHello the campfire:
Nice work. I would post the skip line checkering on my M70 300 Wby if I were not out of town. I is some of the best I have ever seen on a factory stock.

Is it safe to let for a 58 year old man run around in the woods unsupervised with a high powered rifle?

schromftigger,
I kept my comments to myself on the fisrt pics cause it was quality work, just not my style so to speak.
But your last pic is nice, real nice I like the pattern, tasteful, appeals to my conservative side

....I'm usually a fleur de'lis checkering guy when I think fancy......BUT:......Yeah no doubt about I like like that!!!!!!!!!
Tiggertate.....Can you post the butt grip pattern and a shot of the underside of the forend. This is more to my taste. Thanks. Ron

tiggertateMaybe its a sign of my age but they just don't do glamour like that anymore. I thought the youngsters would like it.
I'd gladly post more pictures but it isn't my gun. You can see more at the Cabela's site. Its the Atkinson & Marquart .375 H&H.

tiggertateIts not the woman so much as the style. She's pretty but the photographer didn't make it work as well to me.

Well if you can arrange to send her to my house and my wife to her sisters...I'll let you know
how well she works it.
