Can anyone tell me if the magazines for the Browining BLR's are interchangeable with my BPR (in the same calibre ie .308)

No. Different part number series, according to Brownells catalogue.

OK thanks for that Doug, Not of much use to me if it wont fit! I looked on the browning web site and I see that the BPR is no longer in production, pity, closest thing that we can have to an auto! Had better take good care of mine.
