Ruger No 1 engraving
Almost finished with this one. Ruger no 1 action to be chambered for 6mm BR. Sculpted and french greyed with raised 22k gold inlays. There will be gold inlays on the under lever as well ( ran out of gold...)

BIG thanks to GRS for their wonderfull C-max carbide gravers. Made cutting on this tough action much easier. Performance was about like cutting mild steel with Glensteel gravers.

That is AWESOME!

I seriously want to be able to do the kind of work you do. I took your advice you gave me on the double rifle post and I'm getting enrolled in some machinist courses so I can learn to work a mill and lathe.

I checked out your "About Us" section on your website and it looks like I might be on the right track. I'm already in the Navy Wink, started making knives in the Navy, and I'm selling them (at cheap prices, my work isn't good enough to warrant the big bucks) to shipmates.

Please keep posting your work, it really motivates me!

Awsome job once again, Bailey. Is this one for you or someone else? Any teaser stock photos to go with it?

That is not engraving; that is a higher art form; steel sculpting. Sculpture.
Wait a minute; this is 5 years old!
