Help needed with screw for B & L Scope mount

A friend just called and asked if I knew where he could get a screw for a Bausch & Lomb adjustable scope mount. It seems he is re-installing and old scope and mount on a older rifle to have a "period accurate" package. Anyway, he snapped one of the screws which hold one of the ring clamps. He has been to all of the local shops with no success.

Anyone have one or know where to get one?
