Have access to Howa actions, wondering if anyone has thoughts/comments, pros/cons for using one for building up a hunting rifle? I believe they are also available in stainless steel. Finding locally a good used rifle to re-bbl. etc for some self-built amateur gun-smithing seems to be getting harder.
