Gunstocks for Montana Rifleman Action
Hey guys,

Can you tell me whats involved in inletting and bedding a MRC action, and can a Winchester M70 stock be used?

Regards,

Michael.

She was only the Fish Mongers daughter. But she lay on the slab and said 'fillet'

Yes and take your time. I have done 2 long actions. The super grade is supposed to be the foot print if I remember correctly. The two I did were standard long action winchester stocks

Yes. The MRC front receiver ring is longer than a Winchester and the bottom metal is wider. So you won't have gaps, just some extra inletting. I just did one on a Boyds second.
