Recommendation for a gunsmith to re-chamber a rifle

A buddy of mine is looking for a gunsmith who can rechamber a 7mm-08 to a 284 Winchester. Does anyone have a gunsmith that they would recommend?

Thank you George, my buddy went up to SSK and they are taking care of him.
