Tig Welder for Buggered Bolt
I picked up a nice Pre 64 Winchester action very little wear except a fool ground the bolt to clear a scope bell. The grind is deep enough to extend below the bolt sleeve line if you know what I mean. Additionally, the hole in the ball of the bolt was reamed out larger and stepped with a drill or dremel. It's a 1949 action- shouldn't have a hole in the bolt right???

I would like specific recommendations on gunsmiths skilled at making small detailed tig welds like this please...
