Thought that you all might like to see/examine this K80 that I had the pleasure of taking photos of. I know Scrollcutter will appreciate this work.

Doug, the more you see top of the line engraving, the easier it is to recognize and the less you like mediocre stuff and from my experience with really good engraving, this stuff falls into the medicre category. I am saying that mostly from the detail and shape of the scrolls. Good quality stuff is not the same width and tapers all the way to the end.

The cost of really good top of the line work on full coverage like that would very likely exceed the cost of a K gun.

Chic I don't get to see much up close. I think I know what you're saying about the lack of tapering. Would like to see some examples.

How about this?

There are tons of websites featuring fantastic engraving. That one came from Pedretti.

Enjoy!
