hangunnrRemington trigger question...
I'm not sure how to word this so I'll just throw it out there.
Are there any differences in the geometry of the 700 series trigger and the 600 series? I know the mounting holes are the same but are the actual triggers in the same place?
The reason I ask is that I picked up a new Brown Precision stock for a mid grip XP100 to convert it to a rear grip. I'm finding that using a 700 series trigger puts the bow of the trigger too far to the rear for clearance in the trigger guard.

WestpacYes, the M600 trigger lever sits about .900 inch further forward than the M700.
The last listed trigger should do you:

hangunnr.900" is one hell of a difference. Or did you mean .090"?

That answers as to why the M700 trigger isn't working.
Thanks!!

I used a model 7 trigger and stock for my XP100 rebarreled action conversion
