Extension Ring for Talley Base
Does anyone make an extension ring (like Leupold has) for the standard Talley base? I'm not referring to the Talley two piece base with the extension, but one that fits on their standard base.

I need some more play on my scope for my Mauser. if not, I will go to Leupold.

I was looking for one a while back and couldn't find one. I think the only option is the .25 setback 1x front base.

If you do find one, please post it!

Good Luck!

Thanks.

The EAW scope mounts or Leupold mounts may work for me as well.

The issue is the space is so tight on a M98 that it's hard to find a small scope that will fit correctly and give me the necessary eye relief.

My Weaver 3.5-10x40 Grand Slam fits fine, but want something smaller. I originally tried a Weaver 6X on there but it was to far forward.

You could have a custom set of bases made.

Hint... hint. Smiler

Or you could have a custom ring made, but I believe all around that would be much more expensive.
