Help to ID Bottom Metal

I forgot about this for a few years and now can't remember who made it. It fits Remington 700, nice quality and extra long for Wby or Ultra Mags. I was thinking it was either Harris or HS Precision but it doesn't look like the units they offer today. Anyone recognize it?Bottom Metal

It looks like a Gen 1 HS Precision to me.
