Nosler Patriot Trigger Adjustment

I'm looking for some help.
I have a Nosler Patriot in 28 nosler that I recently picked up second hand.
It has the Basix trigger in it.
The trigger has a moderate amount of creep and is set at 4#.
I have sprayed the trigger mechanism with dry lubricant but they creep and trigger pull remain unchanged.
I know that Nosler places lacquer over the adjustment since they don't want you to adjust the trigger, but I have to do something.
Ideally I would want to remove the creep and adjust the trigger to approximately 2#.
Can anyone pass along guidance on how to do this or suggestions for another compatible trigger?

I'd also hose out the Dry lube you put in there, all you need is VM&P Naphtha and some compressed air
