I am looking at buying a rifle that has a New England Custom Guns rear island sight, one standind and three folding leaves. The sights haven't been touched, aproximately how much would it cost to get the sights regulated?

Depends mostly on how much ammo is used. It can be done in one trip to the range if you have enough ammo.
