Does Turnbull or who do the case coloring on the heritage Smiths?

I love the look, but don't like the models it is available in, non-adjustable sights, wrong cartridge, etc. I'm thinking of having a 29 done. Anyone know who does the work for Smith? Is there any reason not to do this on the frame of a harder recoiling round such as the .44 Mag?
