I no longer have my projects with John. He has shipped my parts to Tip Burns in Canyon Lake, Texas.

John, has refunded the money I had paid to him.

Rusty, I am thinking about giving Tim some business. Have you had him do work for you before? Comments? My work will be to install a Shilen barrel on a pre-64 and then do metal work in either cerakote or parkerize. Thanks.

Oh, John Ricks. He did a wonderful job for me on a pre-64 375 H&H! It is too bad he is unable to handle the office side of his business. He is a true craftsman.

Muy,

This is my first work with Tip Burns. He came recommended to me from a friend on this forum BobC. Bob had some work done and was well pleased with the quality and delivery time.

I went to meet him after my project was sent to him. I found him to be knowledgeable and the quality of his work that I saw was excellent. During our meeting he was very courteous and took time to answer all my questions. He offered suggestions to help the project.

I feel I have the right guy for this project.

I have used Tip Burns many times in the past and
his work is good, hated to see him move to
Canyon Lake. Rusty, he will do you a good job on
your rifles.
I brought a FN Browning for Tip to rebarrel to 300 H&H, and 45 auto for some minor work about a week ago.
