Question no one can answer?
Hi: Does anyone know of a source for .228" jacketed bullets...will a bulletmaker custom make them? I know Hornady makes a .227", 70 gr. one, but want heavier weights...
Any help here would be appreciated...
There may be a source somewhere...or maybe someone has some stocked up. Sisk used to make them.
Thanks in advance!

This is a tough one, Buffalo arms has 55, 60 and 70 grain, Huntington has 60 & 70, Sellier & Bellot (sp?) has 70s in FMj and SP. Thought I knew of a swager that made them but can't find the link. I stocked upon some RWS stuff for a 228 Ackley but have since added a 22 Newton (haven't swaged the bore so may be 224) and would like a source for more. I use the Hornadys in my HiPower. What are you planning on using them in and what for?
BTW Hawk Bullets www.hawkbullets.com will do custom orders. You might try them

I'm not sure if they still do, but RWS offered a .228 PSP @ 71 grs. I think Huntington Die Specialties still carries the RWS line.
