Redhawk gunsmith
I need a trigger job on two redhawks.
Bowman's cost almost two hundred dollars.
Does anyone know of a good gunsmith, preferably in the southeast, that does good work and for a fair price?
Thanks for your time,
Todd

You might try a WOLFF spring kit from Brownells. I put one in mine and it did wonders. No misfires and it really slicked up what could only be described as a poor trigger. One more bonus, they don't cost a lot.

Boltgun,
Try Dave Clements of Clements Custom Guns in Mississippi. Dave built two Bisley revolvers for me and his work is as good as I've seen. I believe he has a web site up at www.clementscustomguns.com
Good Luck,

I sent my Super Redhawk to Weigand Combat Handguns in PA a few years back for a single and double action trigger job. They did a great job! The double action pull is so smooth that I've gotten into the habit of shooting double action of the bench and would do the same when shooting at game.
