anyone got a line on a source for thin rubber roller covers for a 6x48 belt grinder

3" diameter x 6 1/8

not even sure they were covered originally?

Mine has a rubber "tire" on the bottom and a plain steel wheel on the top.

the roller on the motor end still has rubber.

PS the grinder was free 30 years ago. It's a sears belt drive. trying to figure the fpm comes out to 1362. kinda slow.

We have 2 of that style in the shop. Neither has a rubber covered guide roller. I believe it needs to be metal to allow the belt to slide and be adjusted.

I agree, mine has no rubber either.
