Long story but I ended up with a CZ kevlar american stock for my CZ 550 .458. I like it and dropped it in. My question is with the aluminum bedding block and inletting is it good to go? I don't plan on bedding it unless there is a problem.

Yes you are good to go.
Tighten the action screws slightly then bounce the butt off the floor to settle it in,
then torque both action screws to 60 to 65 inch-pounds.
I have dropped a factory CZ .416 Rigby into a CZ Kevlar stock and had it shoot 3 shots into 0.75" at 100 yards, with my handloads.

You might want to glass bed the first few inches of barrel shank/knoxform, in front of the action, then free float the rest of the barrel.
Depends on how it shoots as a simple drop-in.
Sometimes full contact bedding of the entire barrel channel works.
Sometimes just some up-pressure at tip.

You can throw away the loose pieces of the barrel recoil lug contraption, and the F-block that falls out of the barrel channel,
and if you glass bed, you can glass bed barrel out to that point.

First just try dropping it in with no glass bedding and barrel recoil lug contraption discarded.

The full aluminum alloy bedding block and endoskeleton from butt to forend tip means no secondary recoil lug on barrel nor cross bolting in is needed.
