My 03A3 has a 57 sight mounted just a bit too far forward to use the stripper clip guide.

I have a solution, but the windage knob is retained by a small metal plate that provides tension for it's click adjustment. This plate appears to be held by two teeny rivits. So how do I remove the plate and replace it, once I've switched the rear sight mount?

Or do I have to tap for two tiny retaining screws, as replacements?
