NitromanScoping The P-14 Enfield
Greetings,
I have decided to scope my .375 that I accidentally bought and was curious of the procedure.
Knowing these cannot all be exactly the same, how do the 'smiths handle this? I assume by getting basic blocks and machining the blocks/bridge for them?
It is already drilled and tapped for mounts.

jeffeossois it profiled to be round on the rear? Is it CLOSE to the same diameter as the front? and what is the hole spacing... if the above is right, then it's PROBABLY close to a remington model 30...
if not....

<eldeguello>The P14/17 Enfield receiver bridges are often contoured to the same shape and dimensions as the Remington M721/700, and drilled and tapped to use the same scope bases as the Remingtons. I don't know if this is the same contour as the Model 30 Rems or not, but could be.
