Source for barrel specs?

Hi all,

Anyone have a suggestion on a good source for barrel thread and shank specs? I'm looking for something that would cover most modern and military rifles.

I believe that either "Gunsmithing Tips and Projects" or the "NRA Gunsmithing Guide" have some of these specs in them. I'm doing this from memory (I'm not at home) so I might be off on those titles. - Dan
