<migra>Charles Daley Mauser
I see that Charles Daley is importing Mauser rifles as well as the actions and barreled actions. I am unable to find any info on these. Where are they made? Has anyone handled one? Are they worth building a rifle on. Where could you get a stock blank? The price is right so automatically I am suspicious. Any info would be appreciated.
They're made in Yugoslavia by Zastava. Zastava actions used to be imported by Interarms and are pretty nice.

Matt NormanBrownell's is listing them (actions/barreled actions) and so is RSR Wholesalers. As of a month ago RSR hasn't actually received any. Other folks on the forum have seen them and it sounds promising.
But so far what's listed on their web site and what is actually available are two different things. I've sent them emails encouraging them to offer the stainless versions and left handed models in something other than 30-06.

Rusty GunnI'm waiting for the stainless actions to become available.
I contacted another distributor (Jerry's Sport's Center) and the guy told me they havn't seen any yet, nor did he have a dtae they'd arrive.
Yet, I can wait for a stainless Mauser action, no hurry for me. I've already got another stainless action coming, and another rifle project planned first. ~~~Suluuq
