.244 Ackley Imp By Waltiler

Hello all,
Need a little help locating information on a gunsmith who made a custom .244 Ackley I just purchased. The barrel is marked Waltiler .244 Imp.

If anyone can give me any information regarding this gunsmith it would certainly be appreciated. Thanks in advance and God bless.
