Can you do anything with one of these? I have one that collects dust and can't find anyone that wants it.

Had one that was converted to 45-70 bolt face is nearly the right size. It is a good mauser action, plenty long enough for the magazine also.

Swany, I don't know what you had, (probably a Siamese Mauser) BUT, the LEBEL is NEITHER GOOD NOR a Mauser! [Roll Eyes]

Far from it, actually! I saw one once that was altered for shooting running game. The barrel was bent into a perfect "S" shape, with the muzzle pointing straight ahead back in the sighting plane, so front and rear sights could still be aligned on the running target. I believe it was only good for shooting targets moving from right to left.... [Big Grin]
