mauser question
what is a model 3000? Ran across a 375 for sale and never heard of this version. What is it and what are they generally worth?

I will guess

Is it the FN 3000 that has the smooth shroud and side safety? Like those browning rifles had?

See if this page fits:

Scroll down to the 2000/3000/4000 entry and click on it.

I have seen only a few of these at gunshows.

Price is about right for 30-06. Will be more for 375. There is also a model 2000 that looks similar.

That is about the price asked for the 375, but it has a synthetic stock on it.

Price is higher for 375, but less with synthetic stock....So it's pretty close to
going price.

Not a popular rifle, nor did they make many,
but it is a genuine mauser! thumb
