elecgunWinchester 37 Trigger Pull and Choke
Does anyone know if the trigger pull can be lightened on a Winchester 37 single shot shotgun?
Also, what needs to be done to open the "swaged" type choke?
Thanks,

ShopCartRacingIt is just a hammer and sear.
A gunsmith should be able to improve it nicely for about $40 or so.
To open up the choke properly, you should use a special tool which has multiple blades set up in a taper.
It is kind of an unnecessary investment if you only have one barrel to do.
I charge $50 a barrel and if you use alot of oil and take your time, they come out really nice.
I have about 5 or 6 37's laying around in disrepair, and in my opinion they are a clunky old truck gun that can be made to function pretty well if you put a little money in them.
