z1rLooks like a yugoslavian m24 to me. Intermediate action. Same basic action as the M48 only better constructed in my opinion.

ForrestBOne more pic. It does look like an intermediate length action.

Forrest, I honestly think that is one of those very rare Reno Accounting Wiebe Mausers. If you buy it, that's proof enough!

ForrestBNot a Wiebe, but very nice.

D HumbargerYugo M24. If you look at the bolt face you will see that there is no lip (extension of the rim) on the right side. The chamber should be safety breeched, if whoever rebarreled it followed the original specs.

Try to look unimportant. Your enemy might be low on ammo.

M1TankerForrest,
Dont be stingy with the details. Tell us all about it. From what I can see it appears to be chambered in 7mm/08 if I am guessing correctly.

DanMForrest,
I ask my resident russians (3) at work to translate the wording.
On the ring is "Kralevina Yugoslavia" all agreed it was a place now in Croatia.
The left wall has "ArtTechSavod" (Artillary Tech Factory- the manufacturer) and "Kragusevats" (didn't know what that one meant)
Hope this helps a bit.

ForrestBThanks all for the info. Tom Burgess did the metalwork and as you can see it looks perfect. The rifle is not mine, but is for sale at Griffin & Howe. The LOP is too short for me and I wouldn't want to replace the inletted steeel buttplate with a pad.

mouse93...Kraljevina Jugoslavia is Kingdom of Yugoslavia - that means it is pre 2nd WW made in Kragujevac which is a town in Serbia - the company which was succeeded by "Zavodi crvena zastava" in former Yugoslavia after 2 nd WW, i believe that company was bombed in NATO operation in Yugoslavia and since then it stoped with production...I bet its original cal was 8x57...
