Best hornet size action?
I am looking hard at building or buying a rifle for the .19 Calhoon (necked down 22 hornet). Any opinions on what is the best action to start on? Calhoon sells complete rifles on the CZ and Ruger actions but I was wondering what else was out there. Also if anyone knows a source to buy hornet size actions from please let me know.

I would take a good look at the Cooper 38, it is offered in the 19 calhoon.

Howa might have a Hornet sized action. I know CZ does and one of my distributors sells them. I'll look and see if they have the Howa's in Hornet size. I know they have the Mini mauser actions.

BSA 310 Martini;
These tiny actions make superb mini varminter's for 22 Hornet wildcats.

I second the Cadet. Here's one in .357Max (top) and one in .17AB.(Bottom)
