Steyr Mounts

I just picked up a Steyr Model S and am having trouble finding some bases and rings. Any suggestions. Thanks

I have an M which I think takes the same bases. The best combo I have found is Warne Maxima (Weaver style) bases and Burris Signature rings.

I don't know if you want QD mounts, but Steyr builds (or used to build?) a really nice pivot mount. If memory serves, bases were round, and matched contour of the rings where they met. Nice setup, not cheap.

I too have a Steyr S in 300 wm, I used the EAW mounts and they have worked fine for 11 years now.
You could also look at the mounts made by Recknagel or Kilic-Mac they are of very good quality, although expensive.
All this brands have detachable and fixed mounts so you should find the right one for your needs.
