<slancey>FN equivalent of Echols Legend
.Mac Homepage I can highly recommend Mark Penrod's work. These twins were two years in the making, and worth the wait.

Savage99Tell us more. The action pics are dated last January. Are they "before" pictures? Also more pictures of the work and other detail would be nice.
There is enough meat in the heading however to go 12 pages.

<slancey>The January pics are shots of the metal work in the white. The barrels are Krieger and Obermeyer, triggers and bottom metal are Blackburn, safeties are Dakota, and bolt handles are McFarland. Stocks are a black-green painted McMillan, and scopes are Zeiss Diavari 3-9x. The scope bases are full custom by Mark, with Leupold rings. Both guns are 9lbs. Actions are totally trued and polished inside and out. Actions are from 1950's era FN commercial sporters.

ScrollcutterGreat looking rifles. Penrod is a hell of a metalsmith.

<slancey>Yeah, I was thinking about that. Can someone recommend, or even post work from, a reputable and skilled artist?
