I would guess Cecil Fredi.
I bought some wood from him 12 or so years ago.
He was a good guy to deal with.

I'm not sure who it is but I thought of Cecil too, was outside Sam's Town

He has a special going on; $14 for two piece blanks. Minimum order is 76, mixed grades; out of every three you get a plain one, a mid grade one and a high grade one.

You can get by with as few as 5 sets but the price is $20 and I think there are a couple other smaller options before you get to 76.
